Daily Work Hours: 8:30Am-5:30pm(M/F, 1 hr lunch break)
We are a copier business providing services and supplies from multiple vendors including Sharp, and HP-Samsung. We are currently seeking a full-time receptionist/office assistant who is willing to help throughout the office.
RESPONSIBILITIES &DUTIES
1. Multi-line phone answering
2. Manage multiple email accounts
3. Performs filing and copying of daily service calls and deliveries
4. Data input, set up work and sales orders on E-automate
5. Occasional process on credit card payments
6. Manage overdue accounts
7. Prepare invoices and account statements to mail out to customers
Qualifications:
1. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel, Adobe PDF
2. No previous experience is required. Will train.
3. Puntual and reliable
4. Independent and strong work ethics
5. Highly organized and detail-oriented
6. Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service/accounting software applications
7. Bilingual: Fluent in English & some Korean/Spanish a plus
