Remote Customer Service Representative

As a work from home Customer Service Representative for our delivery service, you will be the face of our company, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction for cannabis enthusiasts. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in selecting and ordering cannabis products, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process. If you are passionate about cannabis, customer service, and have a desire to work from home, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

-Respond to customer inquiries and requests via telephone, email, and chat in a

timely fashion.

-Document all inquiries, requests, resolutions, and follow-up tasks

-Assist customers in placing orders and address any concerns or questions related to the products, delivery process, or regulations.

-Ensure accurate and efficient processing of orders, including verifying customer information and payment details.

-Display a courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers.

-Update customers on the status of their orders and provide tracking information as needed.

-Coordinate with delivery teams to schedule and confirm delivery times with customers.

-Maintain accurate customer records, order histories, and communication logs.

-Communicate effectively with other team members and managers to provide a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old with minimum of 1 year customer service experience.

Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Previous work from home experience (Preferred)
