We are seeking an experienced sales & customer service associate (wholesale) to join our in-house Sales Team. The ideal candidate is charismatic, sharp, flexible, committed to learning and able to multi-task swiftly.
This position is available immediately on a Part Time basis ( 3-4 days a week) leading to full time (4-5 days a week) starting in early July. Full time benefits available.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Provide excellent phone, email and in-person customer service
- Maintain great relations with all in-house and assigned Sales Rep accounts
- Submit and process wholesale purchase orders using Quickbooks & UPS Worldship
- Maintain and update showroom samples
- Maintain and update BOH archival samples
- Prepare & Send Samples to Sales Reps for upcoming Trade Shows
- Attend and work upcoming Trade Shows on a need basis
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English, both written & oral. Spanish a plus.
- Quickbooks Enterprise software (2-3 years preferred but willing to train)
- UPS Worldship software (willing to train)
- Sales & C/S Experience in wholesale apparel (2-3 years)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Word
- Ability to type above 50 wpm
