To qualify:
Must be 19 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Valid California driver license
Driving record acceptable to our insurer
Ability to pass drug screen and background check
Minimum 2 years’ experience as an automotive service advisor (Lexus or Toyota preferred)
Responsibilities:
Greet Service customers
Document customer concerns or the type of service needed or required
Provide information about other available services
Prepare repair orders with DMS system
Present estimate of repair costs and updates to customer with information provided by the technician.
Provide explanations to customers regarding work performed and cost of service.
Be familiar with factory warranty guidelines
Maintain high customer satisfaction objectives.
Compensation:
The Service Advisor Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of between $16.90 and $16.90. The position also may also pay a production bonus based on individual performance that may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit.
