We are currently seeking dependable and experienced shift leads to join our team at one of our locations. Looking for part time and full time availability. This position requires individuals who are knowledgeable in cannabis products and are comfortable making sales in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers in-store by providing product recommendations, answering questions, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant dispensary floor.
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Must have Car/DL.
Minimum 1 year experience of managing in cannabis industry.
Must have prior experience using a POS system.
Must have experience counting inventory and handling of cash drops.
