Small distribution company looking for an office assistant
Primary Responsibilities:
Checking inventory levels in warehouse
Taking care of various customer returns
Talking to customers regarding products, payments, new items
Working with Sales Manager on various tasks, inventory, orders
Help with misc filing invoices and picking slips
Process invoices and receipts
Putting in receipts of inventory
Helping out in general office forms
Data Entry in putting in orders on products
Sending out invoices to customers
Will train and teach on our system, also a quick learner.
