Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, honest, and hardworking Spanish-speaking assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The assistant will work 15-25 hours per week, supporting our recruiting efforts. Past experience of being a Gestational Carrier is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the recruitment and pre-screening of potential Gestational Carriers
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking clients and surrogates
Follow instructions and procedures accurately
Provide administrative support, including scheduling, data entry, and file management
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Qualifications:
Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and spoken)
Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and procedures
Previous experience as a Gestational Carrier is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
