NOW HIRING hard-working, self-directed customer service agent who can work in a fast-paced environment confirming and dispatching home improvement appointments over the phone. Agent will qualify prospective clients, prioritize clients, coordinate and schedule appointments between qualified clients and salesmen. Ensure that all appointments are completed including doing any follow-up and/or rescheduling.
