You will be our resident product expert, helping customers make the most of our software which is used by influential business leaders, thinkers and creatives around the world.

Areas of focus will include: creating documentation and demos, helping people create their Brains, answering product how-to questions, identifying and resolving product issues, as well as testing and tracking new product releases. TheBrain Product Support Specialist communicates with our customers via chat, email, phone, web conferencing and on our customer discussion boards.

Relevant Work Skills

Candidate must be an expert with Windows and macOS, be technically proficient with a solid understanding of troubleshooting process, and be an excellent communicator.

Must be comfortable dealing with and solving complex customer issues.

In addition to excellent customer support and communication skills, the ideal candidate will have experience with HTML, mobile apps, using content management systems, video editing, and graphic design software. Light office management tasks such as creating FedEx’s, meeting vendors where appropriate may be required.

Familiarity with the following types of software is desirable: Zendesk, gotomeeting, Zoom, Information management and personal organization software such as Evernote, OneNote, Dropbox, Google Keep, and mind mapping software.

Work Environment

Details: 8 am to 5 pm, onsite in Culver City, California when stay at home orders are not in effect.

Must be able to work independently remotely when social distancing is required. Must be comfortable using webcam, team collaboration software, chat, zoom and gotomeeting. Office computer and webcam provided.
