Job Description:
Hague Quality Water is seeking a motivated Telemarketer/Dispatcher to join our small but growing office team. This role is ideal for an experienced telemarketer who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to stay on task despite interruptions or shifting priorities. Only candidates who bring high energy, an excellent phone presence, and a strong drive to succeed in appointment setting and sales will be considered.
Hours:
Monday – Friday: 1:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm (as needed)
Duties Include:
-Sales support: create routes for sales and canvassers, data entry, lead generation, and dispatching appointments to outside sales reps
-Answer inbound calls from direct mail marketing and existing customer service lines
-Gain product knowledge to assist with sales and customer service
-Assist with computer applications and update social media pages
-Dispatch canvassers, follow up with potential leads, coordinate mailers, and schedule appointments for service technicians
-Run credit reports and finance new customers
-Perform general office duties as needed, including preparing bulk mailers.
Qualifications:
-2+ years of telemarketing and/or dispatching experience in a sales or service setting
-Customer service or sales background is a plus
-Must be punctual, professional, and dependable
-Highly organized and able to work independently
Compensation & Benefits:
-Starting pay: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience & performance)
