Well stablished Water Mitigation business with 20+ years of experience, looking for an energetic and ambitious Water Mitigation Lead Technician.
The ideal candidate has an IICRC certification, good vibe and great verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive a company vehicle, must have a satisfactory driving record
Coordinate and perform restoration processes as scheduled and ensure quality control
Communicate clear expectations to production technicians and supervise their activities
Document a detail and accurate job file to support the services provided
Work with proyect manager, estimator, technicians, and property owners.
Be on call in rotation with other technicians.
Must Haves:
Efective written and oral communication
IICRC certification
Two years of experience
