Rinktopia is a leading provider of seasonal outdoor ice skating rinks in California. This winter, we’re hiring enthusiastic staff to help create unforgettable experiences for our guests at Woodland Hills on Ice & Winterfest!
Position Summary
We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members to assist with daily rink operations, guest services, skate rentals, and ice slide attendants. This is a hands-on, guest-focused seasonal position in a beautiful outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with check-in, ticketing, and skate rentals
Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
Support rink operations, including ice monitoring and crowd control
Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor guest issues promptly
Assist with opening and closing duties
Follow company safety protocols and procedures
Help guests with ice slide activities
Consssion stand attendants
Qualifications
Friendly, energetic, and reliable
Customer service or hospitality experience a plus (not required)
Comfortable working outdoors in winter conditions
Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift skates/equipment during shifts
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be at least 16 years old
