Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Caregiver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with infants. The Infant Caregiver will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing learning environment where children can explore, learn, and grow.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote intellectual, emotional, and social growth.
Attend to the basic needs of infants, including feeding, changing diapers, and ensuring they are comfortable and clean.
Create a warm, stimulating and nurturing environment that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional and social growth of infants.
Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Conduct regular assessments to track child's progress and development.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the program.
Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
Attend staff meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities as required.
Requirements:
12 units in early childhood education.
Previous experience working with infants.
Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices and curriculum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
