At Live Your Life Consultants (LYLC), we provide supported living services to adults (18+) who identify as differently abled. We promote community, diversity, and the pursuit of life goals such as cooking, housekeeping, money management, self-advocacy, health & nutrition, and more. Job Responsibilities:
Provide support with daily routines, household chores, errands, meal prep, and hygiene.
Help participants achieve goals outlined in their Individual Program Plan (IPP).
Facilitate community integration activities.
Act as an advocate for participants' goals and aspirations.
Maintain progress notes and attend regular staff meetings.
Requirements:
High school diploma (AA degree preferred).
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and DMV report.
Current CPR/First Aid certification.
DOJ background clearance and drug test.
Must be fully vaccinated.
Details:
Part-time with potential for full-time.
Flexible schedule.
Serving areas: Culver City, Westchester, El Segundo, Inglewood, and surrounding areas.
