EXPECTATIONS
· Instructors can expect to work part or full time, (depending on your availability and our needs).
· Pay is DOE but ranges from $40-60/hour.
Your responsibilities:
1) Driving with a reliable vehicle to locations for lessons.
2) Working with young children on breathing technique, strokes, kicks, and comfort in the water.
3) Strong communication with management and families regarding lesson progress and/or feedback.
4) Confidentiality with the clients
4) Providing high quality lessons in the private home setting.
Requirements:
1) CPR certification
2) Experience working with children and at least 1 summer of teaching swim lessons.
3) Understanding of the fundamentals of swimming, and/or a developmental approach to teaching.
4) Responsible and Reliable
