We are seeking a dedicated and experienced homeschool teacher for our 12 year old with autism. The ideal candidate will be reliable, consistent, and passionate about working with children with special needs, with experience in teaching math and English.
This is a part-time position, ideally Monday through Thursday, from 9 am to 12 pm. The hourly rate for this position is $60 - $80+/hour depending on experience.
Qualifications:
Experience as a special education teacher, special education credential is preferred
Relevant university degree
Behavioral therapist experience is a plus
Knowledge of executive functioning
Energetic and enthusiastic
Strong communication skills
