Family Daycare - Afternoon Teacher Position
A small and nurturing family daycare serving young children from 18 months to 5 years olds is looking for an afternoon teacher to join a dedicated staff. We are located in the mid-city Los Angeles. We are an open, creative, and play-based program who employ an eclectic mixture of teaching approaches in the field of early childhood education. If you are a loving, patient, creative, and present person who has at least 12 ECE units and 6 months or more of experience in a childcare setting, please email us your resume and an informal cover letter.
The teachers are required to follow all Covid-19 related health regulations and guidance of the health authorities.
Job description
-is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and inspiring environment for toddlersand preschoolers.
-is responsible for maintaining a safe and tidy environment for the children in the program.
-is responsible for picking up young children for diaper changing routines and emotional support.
-is responsible for communicating with the parents with respect and professionalism.
-must be CPR certified
August 10th start date.
