ADAS Software Engineer, Simulation (Salary Range: $155,000/yr - $160,000/yr): Develop simulation framework for ADAS(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems). Develop Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) framework and integrate the simulation environment with controls algorithms. Develop software component integration plan working closely with internal and external software development teams. Develop C based applications for ADAS feature set. Ensure the ADAS features are properly integrated and built into new functionality for the development of the vehicle. Work with test and validation teams to verify functional operation to technical specification. Design automated Test Suites for functional validation of ADAS features. Run hundreds of thousands of test cases on Cloud, implement KPIs and analyze the data.
REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. 2 years of experience as a Software Developer, ADAS Engineer, or a closely related occupation.
SKILLS: Must have:
1. Experience integrating the software of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
2. Experience working with data structures and algorithms.
3. Development experience in C, C, or Python.
4. Experience with at least one of the following Simulation tools: Carla, CarMaker, or VTD.
5. Experience building software in Linux environment.
6. Experience with MATLAB and Simulink.
7. Experience with Version Control (DOORs, Git or Jira).
