Construction Company is seeking for a responsible Architect/Engineer for coordinating all site construction activities and supervising all field personnel as required to successfully completing the project on schedule and within budget.
Ensure that the appropriate building and site controls are adhered to throughout the project.
Reads and interprets established scope of work, plans, specifications and meeting minutes. Has complete understanding of all project requirements.
Monitor project status and maintains appropriate on-site control from office. Ensure that the project is completed on schedule and in accordance with the contract and owner's expectations. Make sure that the work being done is in line with local building codes.
