A small but proactive real estate developer - residential and commercial from the ground up, ADU, addition, TI, and renovation searching for a qualified out-of-box technical thinker of Architect, SC & Drafter (CAD). He/She must understand construction codes, and developments and have a positive approach to getting things done. Must be available to visit the site as often as needed, prepare plans, submit to officials (PW or Cities), follow up, and make them ready to pull approved plans. We compensate based on consignment and scheduled payments. As a freelancer, you need to be available to fulfill requirements. If you have a 9 to 5 job, this is not for you.
