We have an immediate opening for an in-house drafter and 3D design specialist. The candidate will assist our lead designer in projects ranging from outdoor kitchens and living areas to new product development.
The job is Part-time and could lead to full-time.
A College Degree and at least four years of design experience in the architectural/interior field.
Project scope: Draw outdoor/ indoor kitchens with built-in Pizzas ovens and BBQs, and all amenities sinks, refrigeration, and storage for high-end residential, commercial projects, and wineries.
Create as-built product blueprints from proto-types
Other areas of expertise a plus - restaurants, residential
Strong AutoCAD, management and drafting skills required, Strong Rhino rendering skills required.
High level of organization and attention to detail
Ability to take accurate measurements
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
Ability and desire to learn new technologies and concepts quickly
Proficiency with commonly used computer tools and applications, including CAD (Photoshop or Illustrator, Solid Works), Word, and Excel.
Ability to work well in a team environment, knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the industry/profession
Ability to learn and grasp new concepts quickly with a willingness to learn and accept new challenges
High level of organization and attention to detail.
