Requirements:
- Good working skills in Auto CAD.
- Self-starter, organized, motivated, and ability to work with others.
-organizational and time management skills.
-Graduates with certificate from AutoCAD schools a plus
-Computer literate, Research, Word, Excel
-In office position. Not remote. Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
Qualifications:
Reading and understanding architectural and engineering drawings.
Knowledge of framing and foundation drawings.
Knowledge of drawings floor plans, elevations, sections, details.
Ability to do site measurements for as built drawings.
Experience with organizing and maintaining CAD files.
Experience with Bluebeam program is a plus.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable form of transportation.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
