Fire Debris Estimator
Responsibilities:
Perform detailed site inspections to assess fire damage and debris removal needs.
Prepare comprehensive estimates of labor, equipment, and material costs.
Coordinate with project managers, insurance adjusters, and property owners to clarify scope of work.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety protocols for fire debris and hazardous materials.
Maintain accurate documentation of estimates, reports, and project details.
Qualifications:
Experience in construction estimating, restoration, or a related field (fire debris experience preferred).
Proficiency with estimating software strongly desired.
Familiarity with relevant local, state, and federal regulations.
Strong communication, organization, and time management abilities.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
