Obtain a supplemental permit for the approved set of plans based on ‘As-Built’ conditions. The site is located near San Gabriel Vicinities for a small one-story residential (addition and remodeling). Total compensation in this process including SE services is up to $5K for a locally qualified candidate. You must be competent in construction elements and processing.
