I am a Developer/Contractor looking to form a long term partnership with an Architect or small Architect office. The aim is to help identify lots that can be maximised and developed. This may include small lot subdivision, finding older smaller houses and building larger ground up house or Multifamily
I am also in a position to be able to help refer other work besides my own work to you. Also open to JV 's or to include you in the development projects. I am also happy to discuss a Design & Build relationship where we can work together. In short, I am flexible in term of the relationship and I am happy to hear how we could help each other.
