Join Our Team – Project Manager
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for customer relationships, project management, and high-quality craftsmanship? Fineline Architectural Millwork is seeking a Project Manager to join our team!
Position Summary
Under limited supervision, the Project Manager will develop strategic working relationships and provide exceptional customer service to key clients, including general contractors, volume builders, and developers of high-end homes. This role involves coordinating the sale and delivery of Fineline products and services to meet unique construction scheduling needs.
This is a hybrid role servicing the LA County, Malibu, Orange County, Beverley Hills job sites.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with developers, architects, designers, and project managers.
Oversee all phases of project management, including contract management, take-offs, product selection, proposal preparation, delivery coordination, and project completion.
Collaborate closely with the Drafting and Engineering teams to ensure project specifications, designs, and technical requirements align with customer needs.
Educate customers on Fineline’s value proposition, product features, and services.
Conduct regular customer visits to enhance relationships and represent Fineline with professionalism and integrity.
Support sales presentations, product knowledge meetings, and industry events.
Work alongside internal teams to ensure efficient and accurate project execution.
Update Teamworks with project phases, changes, and overall status to ensure clear communication across all departments.
What We’re Looking For

✅ Experience in construction, millwork, or related industries preferred
✅ Proficiency in business and financial acumen
✅ Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
✅ Experience partnering with drafting and engineering teams to ensure project accuracy
