We are a growing boutique woman-run architecture and interior design practice specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, with strong lineage to international award-winning practices. We have openings for a project architect and draftsperson for residential projects currently.
Qualifications:
- High proficiency in Revit and 3D rendering. Rhino proficiency is valued.
- Able to carry projects from Schematic Design through Construction Documents independently; ability to draw exterior and interior details with minimal guidance.
- Strong design sensibility. Knowledge and skills in selection of materials and finishes.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the field or equivalent technical capabilities. Portfolio demonstrating high-end residential or commercial experience.
- Team player with empathic, thoughtful, and clear communication skills. Strong mentoring ability.
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Ability to visit job sites or work in hybrid capacity as needed.
This position starts as a part-time position, paid hourly in the first three months. With the opportunity to evolve into full-time position. We are a design-driven woman-run practice and value long-term growth as well as wellness of our employees.
