One of the country's leading global technology providers is seeking a Technical Support Engineer III to come in and provide best-in-class service to some of the worlds largest issuers, banks and merchants across the globe. This includes being the first point of escalation and providing regular updates to customers on the progress of their request and/or incident. The successful candidate will be able to quickly gain an understanding of their fintech SaaS solution. This role requires strong inter-personal and technical skills.
