A media and telecommunication company located in the Los Angeles area is looking for a DevOps engineer to join the party! Our client is the first truly modern media company that has been changing the way people work and play for years. Their ideal candidate should be able to help integrate systems to ensure that they are connected properly. Monitor the non-production environment to proactively catch problems before they impact the development teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 4+ years of experience with programming and Linux (AWS or Azure)
• Able to develop scripts to automate day to day tasks
• Knowledgeable in programming language preferably Python or NodeJS
• Familiar with code management tools (Puppet, Salt, Ansible, Chef)

Desired Skills & Experience

• Some experience with Kubernetes and Dockers
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science; or equivalent experience
• Experience as a technical lead or project management
• Excellent interpersonal skills
