Summary Provide support for all applications related issues. Must be able to troubleshoot and resolve user application issues and determine if it is application or hardware related. Work with internal oversea software development/project team to troubleshoot, test and deploy new/existing applications. Able to perform training for users with new application or computer usage. Travel to various warehouse locations to provide IT application and hardware support. Perform equipment software/firmware upgrade when require. Work with IT project team to implement new IT projects when require. Primary Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues on all organization applications and systems in the US.
Work with our internal oversea software development team to test, troubleshoot & deploy new application
Monitor internal application server for bugs and performance issues
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, documenting errors/fixes.
Provisioning new users in Active Directory and manage user directory.
Manage file access rights within our file structure.
Other duties as assigned by IT team and/or Company senior management.
Requirements
One to five years of previous IT support and system management experience.
Microsoft Windows 10, MS Office, back office system knowledge. MCSE preferred.
Strong Excel and SQL Database knowledge.
Knowledge of TCP/IP and various Internet communication protocol
Experience with Active Directory setup and configuration
Job may require to work in shift or odd hours as we are supporting a 3 shift environment
Preferred Requirements (Optional)
Knowledge of Meraki networking
Knowledge of GSuite, Zendesk administration
Experience with data integration a plus
Ability to speak Chinese Mandarin a plus
Physical Requirements Ability to lift 40 lb License: MCSE or MCP (Preferred)
