Note: This is a day 1 onsite opportunity with travel involved Job Description Collaborating within the EUC (End User Computing) Team to implement, Virtual Desktops, Endpoint Security, Identity and Access Management, Endpoint Management and Policy Management solutions. Leading and collaborating on the implementation of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune/SCCM), Active Directory, Azure AD, Windows Virtual Desktop, Endpoint Security (Bit Locker, Defender, Dameware,Solarwinds), policy-based configuration management (Intune/GPO), VPN, ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access). Developing smooth working relationships between all parties within the support model to ensure the best possible service delivery and user experience. Implementing automations for significant reduction in manual efforts. Providing expert/lead level technical support services for issues elevated from Help Desk and/or Production Support teams. Mentoring Help Desk staff and be a key contributor to the overall technical development of the EUC environment. Analyzing logs, system messages, performance troubleshooting, and tuning. Working with Offshore teams to ensure seamless Operations support. Remediating medium to high security vulnerabilities by creating, administering, and deploying scripts, compliance settings and packages to infrastructure server systems. Maintaining formalized documentation (policies, procedures, diagrams, engineering specifications) to ensure business continuity and smooth operations as well as preparing professional engagement documentation.
