Project Manager with PeopleSoft HCM background
PeopleSoft Time and Labor, Absence Management Implementation Project (preference will be given to PMs with experience implementing these modules)
Must work on Pacific Time Zone
Responsibilities:
Project Management support throughout the Project Life Cycle for implementing PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Payroll, and Absence Management Modules
Jointly work with client Project Manager and teams, creating and managing project schedule, task resources, and costs using Microsoft Project Plan or similar tools, identifying all tasks on critical path, key milestones for key deliverables, and accomplishing them
Provide weekly status reports, including goals, accomplishments, issues, action plans, and cost and budget status.
Provide weekly/bi-weekly or Monthly Status updates as requested and attend meeting scheduled by client PM.
Communicate and coordinate with client PM regarding Agreements, Contracts, Consultants onboarding/off boarding with HR, Task Orders, Billing, and invoice payments per Agreement Terms & Conditions of the contract.
Plan, monitor and track all aspects of the project delivery including,
GAP analysis, design, and documentation of business process workflow for the future state of the PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Payroll, and Absence Management Module
Creation of detailed design and architectural documents and obtain the stakeholder's approvals before implementing the solution
Creation of detailed Test Plan with step-by-step instructions for each business requirement verification and validation for the User Acceptance Tests.
User Acceptance Tests with client teams in a Test Environment and follow thru issues and resolutions, working closely with client QA/QC
Maintain an issue log to be reviewed at weekly meetings; identify any new issues along with a plan for handling these issues as they are discovered
Roll out to Production (Cut-over to Production).
Perform knowledge transfer for newly implemented modules.
