Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:

Assess client environments and their current challenges utilizing a structured approach to discover, development and delivery of a digital solution that is fit for purpose and enables the client to achieve desired outcomes and associated benefits;

In this role you will be required to set up, design, maintain and perform a variety of functions for an upcoming Aviation mega project and you will join a leading a team of passionate professionals in project management.

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead PMIS implementation projects from start to finish, adhering to established timelines and budgets.

Partner with key stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the PMIS system accordingly.

Develop and execute a comprehensive training plan to ensure user adoption and proficiency with the new PMIS system.

Manage data migration from legacy systems to the new PMIS, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Collaborate with the vendor to customize system settings, workflows, and integrations to align with client requirements.

Escalate complex problems to appropriate client and vendor departments and provide timely updates to clients, ensuring their concerns are addressed effectively.

Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for ongoing optimization.

Provide ongoing support to users after system launch and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Document project activities, milestones, and lessons learned.

Contributes as a team player who is deadline driven and works well with others.

Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Produce design documents and technical specifications, including functional and non-functional solution requirements and end-to-end data processes;

Identify opportunities for improvement and promote these throughout our teams while also inspiring others through commitment and enthusiasm;

Foster and demonstrate an inclusive team culture focusing on service excellence and exceptional performance;

Translating client data and digital strategy into clear action plans that make a tangible difference and leading performance improvement initiatives;

Development of small-scale applications which can be deployed to clients, or for internal use.

Manage internal and external parties to successfully achieve client deliverables.

SOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicable.

Qualifications

A degree in one of the following: Computer/ Data Science, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering, or equivalent

Desirable skills and experience:

A strong background in the delivery of digital transformation and associated consultancy projects in a relevant sector such as; but not limited to, real estate, transport, utilities, power generation, manufacturing, defense or central government

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Enthusiastic, ability to work autonomously and strong problem-solving skills.

Experience in Data and Digital roles; Digital Consultant, Digital Architect, Technology Specialist, System Developer, or equivalent.

Understanding and experience of the following topics in a delivery or consulting context is required:

Business analysis methods and models

Digital strategy and transformation.

Data strategy including data architecture, modelling, governance, and literacy.

Experience in extracting, integrating, and querying large datasets from multiple sources.

Experience in setting up and maintaining automated management information and analytics solutions.

Understanding and experience of any of the following topics in a delivery or consulting context is valuable:

Experience implementing and managing PMIS (Program / Project Management Information Systems) such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, Procore, Kahua, Aconex, Unifier, etc.

Experience implementing and managing Program Controls platforms such as those that manage cost, risk, schedule, quality, health and safety, etc.

Working experience in cloud platform such as Azure, AWS, GCP etc.

Experience in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL.

Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service and Software-as-a-Service.

Experience in unit testing, integration testing, system testing and user acceptance testing.

Additional InformationThe salary range for this full-time role is $105K-$140k per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
