De La Nonna, a pizza and Italian small plates restaurant in the Arts District DTLA is hiring for an AM baker / dough prep professional.
We are opening more restaurants, and need to prep more dough than we can currently prep with our current team. Hoping to add a team member with baking and or pizza dough experience, who can be here early (6am-ish), and learn our process. There is some prep outside of that as well, mostly making salad dressings, picking herbs etcShifts are mornings only, 5 days a week.
We offer hourly pay between $19-$23 plus a percentage of the tip pool, optional health benefits package, 401k, and dining discounts.
