We are a well established, fast paced Italian restaurant known for great food, exceptional service, and a lively atmosphere. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to help lead our team and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities:
Support the General Manager with day to day operations
Supervise and train front and back of house staff
Maintain high standards of service, food quality, and cleanliness
Assist with scheduling, labor management, and inventory control
Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience (Italian dining a plus)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
Hands on, team oriented attitude
Flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays)
