The Village Bakery and Cafe in Atwater Village has an immediate opening for an baker with professional experience in lamination. This is a part-time job, but can grow into a full time position (especially with the upcoming holiday season). Shifts start at 4:30am and Sunday and Monday shifts are mandatory. One to two additional shifts would be preferred and the particular days would be negotiable. You must be proficient at making croissants, puff pastries and danish from scratch. Additional duties would be production baking (doughs, brownies, etc)
We need someone who can hit the ground running, who is passionate about baking, gets along with others, has strong attention to detail and is VERY DEPENDABLE!
