Pascal Patisserie is looking for a baker.
Responsibilities include and limited to baking of product, production of various sweet and savory items from scratch,(croissant and bread and other dough) and maintaining a clean and sanitary work environment.
Ideal candidate can read and follow recipes, knows basic pastry techniques, cookies, muffins, quiches, tarts, experience with custards and pastry creams, experience with mixing all kinds of dough is a must, We are looking for someone who is focused on the task at hand, but can be flexible enough to adjust their pace, willing to work with a team, eager to work and schedule to accommodate sudden needs or last-minute changes.
Must be able to work night shift , weekends and Holidays .Must be able to be train in the afternoon for a short period
Must have transportation and be reliable when it comes to attendance to have products ready for delivery on time.
Must be able to lift 55 lbs and must have the Foodhandler's certification, Sexual harassment training certificate.
