Friends & Family is seeking a shift lead with excellent communication skills that has the ability to manage a fast paced bakery/cafe with a strong customer service focus. Will be assisting in managing a team of 8-10 people.
Some Qualifications
Provide amazing customer service and ensure the team does the same
Guide team through work activities and projects, leading by example with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Strong problem solving skills; able to work independently and efficiently
Ensure product consistency & quality is maintained without cutting corners
Experience in specialty/third wave coffee, strong barista skills, knowledge of equipment
Ability to maintain restaurant cleanliness, address maintenance issues as needed.
Ability to maintain proper cash handling and deposit procedures
California Food Handlers card required
