Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years minimum of barback experience or similar role in a bar setting
- Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Must be able to stand 8 hours
- Have high cleanliness standards
Responsibilities
- Maintains a pleasant and friendly demeanor at all times
- Keep the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glassware, napkins, and all necessary items before and during service
- Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, change beer kegs
- Keep the bar area neat and clean
- Coordinate with managers and bartenders to ensure efficient service to guests
- Keep back-stocked liquor inventory and additional bar supplies organized
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager
- Strong ability to multitask
