Welcome to The Hive Front of House! We are a healthy superfood café known for our acai bowls. We opened our second location and are looking for motivated people to have an impact on the future of the brand. Base pay starts at $16 but you get $6 in tips per hour per team member. We guarantee 22 / hour minimum after tips.

As the first face a customer sees, you represent their first impression of the entire business and can make or break their experience. Your job is not “cashier”. It is somewhere between a pharmacist, a talk show host, and a brand manager who happens to know how to work a register. Our customers are our friends. If you’re a social butterfly with a personality bubblier than champagne after a F1 race, this job is for you. Your main responsibility is customer happiness. A secondary component of this job is handling payments, taking guests’ food orders, expediting food orders, quality control, making drinks, bagging takeout orders and cleaning tables.
A great FOH team member shows a true passion for people, an ability to stay calm under pressure, and a sense of accountability to their teammates. They hustle and communicate as a high-functioning team player. A passion for wellness, fitness, and nutrition is a big plus.
