Mad Lab Coffee is seeking energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team at our Hollywood location (6515 Sunset Blvd). We’re passionate about craft coffee, community, and delivering an exceptional experience to every guest who walks through.
What You’ll Do:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso, and specialty drinks
Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Support daily café operations including stocking, cleaning, and opening/closing duties
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in specialty coffee or food & beverage preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person!
Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Reliability and punctuality are a must
