Position Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced, part-time baristas who knows how to deliver excellent service with a smile. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and espresso-based drinks to perfection
Assist customers by taking orders, answering questions, and providing recommendations
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and café
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
Follow all health and safety guidelines
Assist in stocking and maintaining inventory levels
Collaborate with the team to create a positive work environment
Qualifications:
barista experience (specialty coffee preferred)
Ability to operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment confidently
Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing attitude
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mentality
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
A passion for coffee and a desire to continually improve skills
