Le Zinqué is a hip micro-chain of restaurants in California and Arizona. We are hiring experienced Baristas for our AM team and Evening Bartenders to help with operations at our Century City location. You must be available to work on Weekends and have full availability through the holidays to be considered.
This position requires at least 2 years of experience in high-volume food and beverage operations.
You must have a great personality and a passion for customer service.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong coffee and barista experience
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and craft cocktails
- Experience with weekly inventory and ability to place liquor orders as needed
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong hospitality orientation.
- Must be strong at multi-tasking
- Demonstrate knowledge of Health Department rules and regulations. ServSafe certification is preferred.
- Must have the ability to work varied and flexible hours.
- Must have the ability to comply with and implement all Standard Operating Procedures.
- Food handler certificate required. RBS certificate required
- Spanish - French or Italian speaking is a plus.
- Knowledge of Toast is a plus!
