Hi! We're looking to bring on a special team member who loves providing exceptional guest experiences every day, and the ideal candidate would possess experience with restaurant or wine service, coffee service, and wine & spirits retail. You would split your time between a bartender / barista / server role at our wine bar during our early service period (10am - 4pm), and our retail shop, where you’d be responsible for stocking product, providing recommendations to guests, and manning the register. We are a tight-knit and collaborative team that helps each other and steps in where necessary, so please be a team player!
Stanley’s Wet Goods is a Culver City wine shop + wine bar pouring over 20 wines, rotating beer taps and coffee program with a 24-seat indoor dining area and 15-seat patio. Our retail shop provides the very best in small production wines, craft beer & spirits, and gourmet food products from around the world.
Prior experience with coffee / espresso service desired but not mandatory.
Friday & at least one weekend (Saturday or Sunday) availability is required. You won't always be scheduled on the weekend but availability is necessary to fill in for absences, etc.
Requirements:
1+ year experience in wine bar, coffee shop, restaurant, or wine shop setting
Interest in and enthusiasm for the world of great drinks & food
