Join our team at a vibrant gay bar in the heart of Long Beach. We’re seeking an enthusiastic bartender to create memorable experiences in a fun, lively environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Mix and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages.
- Engage with a wide variety of guests to maintain a welcoming vibe.
- Keep the bar clean, organized, and stocked.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Requirements:
- 21+ years old.
- Valid California RBS certification.
- 1-2 years bartending experience preferred.
- Knowledge of mixology and craft cocktails.
- Comfortable in an LGBTQ+-focused environment.
- Available for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with Long Beach’s nightlife and LGBTQ+ community.
- Experience in high-volume bars.
- Flair bartending skills a plus.
