Job description:
Summary:
Manage all restaurant responsibilities. Work side by side with all personnel from the front of the house to the back of the house. Ensure our guests are having a great time and all running smoothly.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for cooks:
Cook prepares food following approved recipes and production standards. Ensures all deadlines are met based on production orders.
Stores food in designated areas following all corporate, state, and federal food safety and sanitation procedures.
Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures.
Maintains sanitation of equipment, supplies and utensils. Clean the workstation thoroughly before leaving the area. Keeps display equipment clean and free of debris during meal service to comply with all sanitation, safety, production, and merchandising requirements.
Demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to associates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Managers:
The salary working Manager is responsible for all hourly restaurant associates., Includes interviewing scheduling, training, counseling, participating in reviews, recommending disciplinary action, as appropriate, and handling cash by the end of the night shift.
Ensures all restaurant operating procedures are followed and maintained daily.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Servers:
Comes from a high-end casual cuisine who understands wine and tequila, also has great customer service, and has a passion for the hospitality industry.
Our business operations schedule is 7 days a week, from 8:30 am to 10 pm daily.
