This is for a Bartender/server position, half the time serving and half the time behind the bar making drinks.

Requirements:
Prior serving and bartending experience, comfortable in a fast paced, fun environment.
Preferred Skills & Qualities:
3+ yrs restaurant/bar experience
Expert execution of classic cocktails
Ability to calmly serve a 30 -40 seat section
High attention to detail and strong customer service focus.
Skilled at warmly greeting guests, taking orders
Experience in mixing drinks, checking IDs, keeping bar area clean and organized.
Team-oriented and capable of performing setup, opening/closing duties to ensure smooth operations.
Positive personality, sharp high standards of service.
COOK
Prepare and execute small plate/tapas menu with consistency and attention to detail.
Maintain clean organized kitchen in compliance with health and safety standards.
Assist with prep, cooking, plating, and portion control.
2yrs of professional kitchen experience (tapas and small bites)
Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
