BESO is a high-energy nightclub renowned for its exceptional music, VIP service, and vibrant crowd. We’re expanding our Security team and seeking reliable, professional individuals who know how to keep guests safe while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Door Host / ID Checker
- Floor Security (roaming)
- VIP / Artist Escort (experience preferred)
- Closing Shift Security
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests, check IDs, manage lines, and control capacity
-Monitor the floor, de-escalate conflicts, and remove disruptive individuals safely
- Protect staff, artists, and VIPs; escort to/from vehicles as needed
- Conduct bag/pat-down checks per policy
- Write brief incident reports and communicate on radio clearly
- Support emergency procedures and coordinate with management
What We’re Looking For
- Prior nightclub/bar/event security experience preferred (not required for the right person)
- Calm under pressure; strong situational awareness and de-escalation skills
- Professional appearance and communication; team player
- Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 50+ lbs if needed
- Must be 21+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Valid guard card/licensing a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- CPR/First Aid/TIPS/LEAD training is a plus
