2x week bread baker 7-2pm.
Days + times are flexible.
Must have experience shaping dough and using a dough sheeter.
We make boules, ciabatta, burger buns, pizzas, bagels etc.
Follow existing recipes
Measure, weigh and prepare ingredients
Knead, roll, cut, and prepare dough as needed
Monitor oven temperatures, speed settings, mixing machines, and other baking equipment.
