Pedalers Fork in Calabasas is looking to hire an evening bar manager. This person must have at least 3 years of bartending experience, preferably with 2 or more years of management experience.
Bar Manager job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Maintain inventory
- Creates new craft cocktails and aids in beer, wine and liquor menu selection
- Ensures bar is well-stocked and clean.
- Tracks customer behavior and sales
- Maintains budget and monitors costs.
- Maintains drink recipe documentation.
- Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
- Oversees staff, including bartenders and servers, when FOH manager is not present
- Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines staff
- Uses point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms.
Wednesday through Saturday evenings and Sunday brunch.
